• Obtain application from nearest eSeva centre
• Fill form A
• Documents to be enclosed
• Original Arms licence
• Original Challan

• Submit to eSeva Centre
• Licence will be issued after 45 days from CP Office

NOTE:  If the licence is expired, immediately deposit the weapon in nearest approved armoury or police station.  Possession of weapon without valid licence is an offence under Indian Arms Act

• Original licence

• Submit to eSeva Centre
• Licence will be issued after 45 days from CP Office

RETAINER  LICENCE

PROCEDURE

• Obtain application from nearest eSeva centre
• Fill form A

• Documents to be enclosed
• Residential Proof
• Original licence
• No objection from the licensee
• If licencesee is expired, NOC from remaining family members
• 3 passport size photographs
• IT returns if any

• Submit to eSeva Centre
• Licence will be issued after 45 days from CP Office

NOTE:  If the licence is expired or licence holder expired,  immediately deposit the weapon in nearest approved armoury or police station.  Possession of weapon without valid licence is an offence under Indian Arms Act
