PROCEDURE

• Obtain application from nearest eSeva centre
• Documents to be enclosed
• Residential Proof
• ID Proof
• Clearly Mention expected salary
• Fees payable
• In case of individuals   - Salary below Rs.3,000/-   =  Rs.100/-

                                                                  - Salary above Rs.3,000/-   = Rs.300/-
                                                                  - Salary above Rs.5,000/-   = Rs.500/-

• In case of Non Govt Organisations, contract          = Rs.1000/=
• Contractor character certificate                               = Rs.1,000/=

• Submit to eSeva Centre
• Certificate  will be issued after 7 days from CP Office

• N.O.C.  FOR TRANSFER OF VEHICLE TO OTHER STATES

PROCEDURE

• Obtain application from nearest eSeva centre
• Fill the application
• Clearly mention reason for transfer
• Type of vehicle
• Transfer to which State

• Documents to be enclosed
• Copy of RC
• Fees payable
• For two wheelers   Rs.100/=
• For four wheelers  Rs.200/=

• Submit to eSeva Centre
• Certificate will be issued within 7 days from CP Office
