Hyderabad. |

o
Blue print of the site duly showing parking
place and built-up area with individual row wise
seating arrangements and the space between rows
as per specifications approved by the Town
Planner.
o
Parking place to be provided in accordance with
the regulation under F.A.R. (Floor Area Ratio
Regulations & Standards of building requirements
in A.P.) under parking head as laid down in
G.O.Ms.No.423, Municipal Administration
Department dt.31-07-1998. |

Declaration on a non judicial stamp paper of
Rs.10/- stating that the parking area of Sq.
Mtrs. with premises No. shown in the site plan
is used only for parking purpose and not for any
other purpose. |

Title deed/lease deed or rental deed, showing
the purpose for which the site is leased out,
both for the establishment and also for parking
space provided in the premises should be
specified in the deed with specific
measurements. |

o
Partnership deed if there are more than one
partner, enabling any one of them to take all
licences of various Departments in his name, to
run the establishment.
