PROCEDURE

• Obtain application from nearest eSeva centre
• Pay Rs.100/- in eSeva towards user charges and Rs.60/= service charges
• Fill the application furnish :

          FIR no and date
         Relation with the victim / deceased
         Name and phone no of counsel

• Submit to eSeva Centre
• Approach nearest police station
• Obtain the certificate
• Will be delivered within 21 days
